Abstract. In the article, the author summarizes the current state of social and political conflicts, clarifies the categories of the conceptual apparatus, describes both new and already established views regarding the topic being studied. The author points out the current state of political development of society, studies the positions and opinions of political scientists, taking into account the sociocultural and political life of our society in the context of the problem raised. The researcher’s personal position on the phenomenon being studied is expressed, and scientific tasks for further disclosure of the raised research topic are formulated. An attempt has been made to generalize the current state of the phenomenon under consideration and to offer original conclusions that reflect the individual approach and the author’s position in relation to the analyzed process. The researcher’s own vision regarding the further development of the raised discussion is formulated; the manuscript is distinguished by its simplicity and clarity in presenting a personal position.

The mutual interests of multinational corporations and government agencies can conflict with the interests of society as a whole, which leads to scandalous cases of corruption, open political struggle and leaks of confidential information. That is why a mechanism for monitoring and balancing the interests of these two areas is necessary.

Thus, the relationship between business and government will be an important and relevant topic that will require us not only to know, but also to act in the future. Here it is important not only to reach an agreement, but also to build a system in which transparency and responsibility will become key criteria for success.
