Abstract. Currently, more and more political parties are being created not only in different countries of the world, but also in Russia. This phenomenon occurs because in the conditions of globalization and free Internet space, there is an increasing need for the creation and functioning of a larger number of political parties, including parliamentary ones, that would reflect the diverse views of the people and take into account the interests of all segments of the population in the state. The author in the article points out the relevance of studying changes since the political discourse of the Russian Federation is constantly changing and in order to understand the full picture of what is happening in both domestic and foreign policy, it is necessary to take into account the state of parliamentary parties, as well as their programs.
The article sets the task of this research, which is the study of currently existing parliamentary parties in the Russian Federation, as well as an analysis of their programs and political views.
Having examined the programs of the main parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation, the author came to the conclusion that the range of represented parties is quite narrow, even despite the fact that the New People party appeared in 2020. From the point of view of political discourse, party programs have expanded significantly recently, trying to touch on new areas of life and new technologies. The article seems advisable to create a larger number of parliamentary parties, the programs of which would differ significantly from those already existing, since the diversity of political discourse is the key to the successful functioning of any society.
