The state of legal assistance in family matters in the Eurasian space

Abstract. The issue raised in the scientific article «The State of Legal Assistance in Family Matters in the Eurasian Space» is relevant, it is a short but sufficient question for understanding and debate. The author summarizes the current state of the chosen object of study, clarifies the categories of the conceptual apparatus, describes both new and already established views on the subject under study. This article explores the existing legal assistance in family matters in the territory of the Eurasian space. The paper analyzes the levels of accessibility of legal assistance in various countries, highlights the problems in its provision and describes the prospects for improving the current situation. In addition, the paper examines examples of good practice, as well as identifies factors that affect the quality of legal assistance provided. Attention is focused on the current state of the political development of society, the positions and opinions of political scientists are studied, taking into account the socio-cultural and political life of our society in the context of the problem raised. An attempt has been made to generalize the current state of the phenomenon under consideration and to offer original conclusions that reflect an individual approach and the author’s position in relation to the analyzed process. The researcher’s own vision is formulated regarding the further development of the discussion raised, the manuscript is distinguished by simplicity and clarity in the presentation of a personal position. In conclusion, the author notes that the intensification of cooperation with the states of the near and far abroad on the development of universal procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions, as well as the clarification and unification of the conditions for the recognition of decisions of foreign courts in the norms of procedural legislation will contribute to strengthening legal assistance in family cases.
