Without high-quality organization and conduct of sociological research, it is extremely difficult to obtain the necessary results. This is due to the multi-scientific nature of the study of socially significant phenomena and processes. The determination of priorities in making managerial decisions by authorized entities depends on the quality of the mechanisms for conducting sociological research. One of the main problems that a researcher faces is his subjective attitude both to the subject of the study and to the results that can be obtained during its conduct. According to the author of the article, impartiality should be mentioned as an important element determining the objectivity of the results obtained. Moreover, this category should be relevant not only to the researcher, but also to his research activities. As a methodological approach, the author uses the method of included observation, where he evaluates those sociological methods that are used in the organizational and managerial activities of departmental educational institutions. The essence of the problem of impartiality in the organization and conduct of sociological research, the author sees in the fact that the persons authorized to carry them out do this, as they say, \u00abfor show\u00bb. Where neither the methodology itself nor the quality of its implementation can be considered as unbiased. This significantly affects the verification of the data obtained during such a study. The harmfulness of such an attitude towards sociological research can have quite serious consequences for students in departmental educational institutions.
