State support for small business

Abstract. The article describes the constant confrontation of the state with the issue of providing state financial support to business entities for the creation and development of entrepreneurship. The purpose of such support is to help the growth of the maximum number of entities and stimulate the development of the national level economy in a competitive environment. In connection with foreign policy problems in the Russian Federation — economic difficulties and declining oil prices, the stability of the national currency — business support to ensure import substitution and promote domestic goods in the domestic and foreign markets becomes an important issue. The main priority task of the state, in the author’s opinion, is to improve the system of state financial support for small businesses, which will improve it to a more efficient and reliable one, and help the development of small businesses in the current economic instability. This, in turn, will allow us to get out of economic stagnation, thanks to economic growth, increased budget revenues and the creation of new jobs for citizens; one of these techniques is the introduction of new digital and management business tools.

The article examines the implementation of projects related to interaction with the state and is subject to the influence of risk factors at all stages of their implementation.

Consequently, when implementing a project, the stage of which is interaction with the state, it is necessary to plan all actions in advance and make clearly verified decisions using new digital and management business tools.
