Abstract. The author of the article examines the gradual and consistent integration into the Asia-Pacific region, since in the modern world the processes of globalization are increasingly intensifying. The leading position is occupied by the institutions of the leading country, which significantly influence the international institutions that determine all world politics and the formation of international relations.
The author notes that the main problem is that the vast territory of the Asia-Pacific region is currently undergoing two processes that are essentially opposite at the same time — integration and disintegration.
The purpose of this study is to consider modern features and trends in the development of integration processes in the Far East within the framework of the prospects for Russia’s participation in them. The relevance of the chosen topic is based on the fact that, taking into account the ongoing political processes, it is necessary to consider this region as a global hope for future development in promoting the integration of the Russian Far East into the Greater Far East. For our country, the creation of a new development center in the Russian Far East, in the technologies of the sixth way, will take Russia within 20 years to a leading place in the world, the political and economic center of the world.
